EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM FOR CUBAN PUBLIC

The Institute for Art and Olfaction (IAO) and dublab announce a week long auditory-olfactory cultural program in Havana. IAO and dublab have a shared mission of making creative practices and applications available to the wider public, with a strong focus on international dialogue.  The organizations, together, will present an opportunity for creative dialogue with the Cuban public through a series of unique synesthetic events.

Starting February 12th, IAO and dublab will present a series of electronic music happenings, workshops, and events, bringing dublab’s international roster of DJs to Havana to perform at some of the city’s most exciting cultural spaces and in collaboration with some of Havana’s best musicians, while the IAO produces aromatic events and workshops.

The project is being organized by LA Based Project Por Amor, a full-service arts production, education, and travel organization that specializes in facilitating complex performing arts exchanges in Cuba.
