The Aromatic Gourmet

Flowers, food, and fragrance delight the senses and often provide opportunities for meaningful expression. When combined, they can incite creativity in new, unexpected ways. The Aromatic Gourmet is a thoughtful new class series presented by chef and botanical perfumer Jeffrey Paul that explores and teaches cross-modal sensorial practices through six in-person, hands-on sessions.

The series presents a multi-sensorial journey into the world of gastronomy. In each class, participants will learn about a new olfacto-gustatory experience that incorporates aromatic flowers, edible flowers, hydrosols and botanical extracts, maceration, culture, history, and – of course – food preparation.

Through this series, participants will gain knowledge and new creative insights into aroma, flavor, and craft.
