There’s a special kind of magic that happens when flowers, food, and fragrance come together. Find out for yourself as you learn how to make syrups, jams, and preserves in the second class of our new series with Jeffrey Paul: The Aromatic Gourmet.
In this three hour class, Jeffrey Paul will focus on the history, making, and tasting of delicious jams, syurps, and preserves.
Take-Aways: Participants may leave with flower-derived jams, syrups, or preserves.

For online classes, you will receive the Zoom log-in information approximately 12 – 24 hours before each session begins. Our online classes are recorded, and the video is available to registered attendees for 7 days after the class takes place. Because the class is recorded and can be viewed later, we do not provide refunds or transfers for online classes.
